Our Spine and Joint Injury Prevention includes two guided programs. Spine and Joint Injury Prevention and Mobility and Stability that will teach you about personal daily stressors that put you at an increased risk for injury, how to screen yourself for early signs of potential problems, and how to self-manage these to minimize your risk of suffering an injury.

Our self-assessments will help you better understand how your body moves and functions and help you identify ways to improve your mobility, strength, eliminate pain, and better prevent injuries. These assessments include: neck, lower back, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle.

Our guided exercise library contains over 100 instructional videos and will empower you to take full ownership of your body and improve how you feel, how you move, and how you care for it. Our five categories of guided Exercises: Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar and Core, Upper Body and Lower Body.
